Hello, I'm Janet,
I'm a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach and a woman in recovery for over 30 years.
While it's been a long time since my last drink, I remember the struggle—the obsession, panic, and anxiety. The broken promises, fear, and desperation. Mornings were the worst, waking up flooded with guilt and remorse, realizing I had done it again.
As the years went by, no matter how bad it got, I couldn't imagine my life without alcohol.
If you can relate, you are not alone.
Since then, I've turned my life around. Today, my passion is helping other women do the same. I have developed a proven system to help women get sober, stay sober, and uncover the root cause of their drinking.
I would love to share my learnings and wisdom with you.
Janet 💕
